‘Ethan Blackstone has a problem on his hands. He’s broken Brynne’s trust and she’s left him. He’s unwilling to live without her and isn’t giving up—he’s dead-set on getting his beautiful American girl back.

The passion between them was explosive, but the secrets they hid from each other are dark and chilling and are powerful enough to destroy their shot at a life together. With political threats now directed at Brynne, Ethan is running out of time and he’ll need to gather all his strength and agility to protect her from the dangers that could take her away from him forever. Will Ethan be able to save Brynne from a past that keeps her locked in fear? Will he ever feel the warmth of her touch, the solidity of her trust again?

This is a love-struck man who is willing to do whatever it takes to possess the heart of the woman he loves. He’ll go to any lengths to protect her. He’ll go all in.’

Firstly, if you haven’t read Naked then this review may have spoilers for that book! You can read my review for book one here.

Now All In, this is written slightly different than Naked, in this one rather than just hearing Brynne’s point of view we also get chapters of Ethan’s point of view. This was just brilliant as we finally get into the mind of elusive Ethan Blackstone. Instead of having no idea what happened in his past we now start to get glimpses of why he is the way he is.

As for Byrnne she has been completely laid bare for Ethan, we know about her past and what she suffered at the hands of animals. But mostly we are aware of the fact that Ethan was hired by her dad in order to keep her safe, because her past has suddenly become a very real threat. But obviously none of them planned on Ethan and Brynne falling in love, only for Brynne to discover this, well it’s broken her absolute heart.

All In picks up exactly where Naked finishes. Ethan is devastated to have Byrnne discover what he did. He planned to tell her… Eventually. Ethan cannot bare the thought of not having Brynne in his life so decides to win Brynne over with a letter, and it of course works.

Ethan and Brynne finally get back to normal, or as normal as they can be but now Ethan is determined to go All In and is praying that Brynne is too. With threats from Brynne’s past closing in his protective nature is in full force wether she wants it or not.

For most of the book Ethan was like a sappy little child, his fear of losing Brynne was almost claustrophobic and often when Brynne was submissive towards him, it seemed he was at his most happiest. His happiness majorly relied on Brynne’s happiness and he had this constant need for reassurance that she loved him.

I won’t lie, it sometimes grated on me, she needed him to feel safe and he needed to feel wanted and reassured too much. Without each other they were like wet puddles. But even so I was utterly engrossed by the entire story. I loved their messed up relationship. When they were good they were fantastic.

Yet again this book ends on a cliffhanger that had me squealing with WHAT THE F$€K JUST HAPPENED?.

I loved All In, I love Ethan and Brynne’s relationship, even went I want to bash their heads together. The sexual chemistry pours from the pages as well as the emotions that each of them are going through. I couldn’t put the book bloody down and instantly picked up the third to see what happened next.

Engrossing, intense, dangerous and so steamy the hot flushes can’t be blamed on the weather!

You can get All In on both Kindle and in Paperback.
