Lucy Tilley dreams of a career in show business. But this isn’t quite what she had in mind …

This year’s Cinderella pantomime is the hottest production in town. What’s more, Lucy is starring alongside Ryan Aspall: famous TV actor, sex symbol and potential love of her entire life. One teeny problem – Lucy is tripping the light fantastic as … the back end of the comedy cow. Surely nothing kills a flirty moment quite like wearing a massive set of udders?

At least she has the support of glamorous (if potentially flammable) Charmaine; a reality star diva of a Cinderella, who Lucy is completely fascinated by. But behind the fame and beauty, Charmaine is not all she seems.

With more drama off the stage than on it, and everyone wanting to be star of the show, will Lucy find the confidence to make it out of the cow suit and into the spotlight this Christmas?

A Cinderella Christmas is a novella of epic proportion that will have you squirming with embarrassment and laughing so hard your cheeks will hurt.

I thoroughly enjoyed this SO much and without a doubt will be on the look out for anything Holly writes next.

This story is all about Lucy, she wants to be an actress yet suffers terrible stage fright so finds herself as the back end of a cow. She is currently in the pantomime Cinderella, with Cinderella and Prince Charming being played by two “celebs” Charmaine and Ryan. Lucy has a terrible crush on Ryan and turns into jelly whenever he is in her sight and as for Charmaine, Lucy has become her unofficial PA and dog sitter, which she happily does, mistaking this as them being friends. Whereas everyone around her can see that Charmaine is just using Lucy as a dogs body. But Lucy is so blinded by Charmaine’s celebrity status she doesn’t see that she is really a complete diva/bitch.

We also have Ben, Lucy’s friend and the front of the cow. Who is positive that Lucy will be checking out his bum the entire time. Their friendship and chemistry is brilliant and I really enjoyed their banter.

Lucy is instantly loveable, I think all of us would get starstruck and act like love sick teens around our heart-throbs and bend over backwards for the likes of Charmaine. Lucy manages to have us cringing in embarrassment, because of the situations she lands herself in and laughing hard also.

Charmaine is the perfect villain in all of this, who you are desperate to see get her comeuppance.

What I loved most was, I honestly couldn’t tell how this would end. Normally you can guess who the heroine ends up with, but I genuinely didn’t have a clue throughout and was left guessing up until the very end. Also a genius twist at the end.

Holly’s writing style is superb, the story flowed perfectly and has you hooked from the get go. It’s hilariously funny, perfectly cringe-worthy but with a gorgeous touch of romance.

I wish this had been longer. I cannot express how much I LOVED this. It was absolutely fantastic and Holly is an author to keep your eye on.

Without a doubt this is an absolut MUST read, it will not disappoint.
